Refund and Cancellation Policy
- You must have a working webcam, and your video must be turned on during the lesson. If your video is not turned on, the lesson will be canceled or rebooked at my discretion.
- Refunds for Unused Lessons:
- If you decide not to continue with lessons and have already scheduled and paid, you are eligible for a full refund for any unused lessons. Please contact me to process your refund.
- Refunds for packages will be prorated based on the current single lesson price.
- No-Show and Completed Lesson Policy:
- If you do not show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson fee is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule the lesson with less than 24 hours notice once per month (Does not apply to lessons purchased with a free coupon.)
- Refunds are not available for lessons that have already been completed. If a lesson is conducted, the fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is allowed once per month.
- Cancellation with Refund :
- With at least 48 hours notice: You can cancel and request a refund with a $5.00 cancellation fee.
- With less than 48 hours notice: A 50% cancellation fee applies.
- Refunds are intended for those who no longer wish to continue lessons and are granted on a case-by-case basis.
